La Maison Rose

"La Maison Rose", in the heart of the village of Grignan, in a quiet side street beneath the château.... The house has three levels of living space. A warm atmosphere, a cosy interior.

On the first floor, a welcoming entrance in the form of a living room/office. A comfortable sofa bed sleeps two. A vaulted room leads to a shower room and toilet.
On the second floor, the living areas: an open plan, comfortably furnished living room: sofa, TV, Bluetooth speaker. The window opens onto the west, offering a lovely view of the countryside at the foot of the château. In a row, the well-equipped kitchen opens east onto a beautifully landscaped, all-white Mediterranean terrace. A grotto carved into the rock provides perfect shade on hot summer days.
On the second and top floor: 2 bedrooms with wooden floors.
The first, to the west, benefits from an unobstructed view (160cm bed).
A second bedroom to the east, with a view of the collegiate church.
Separate shower room and WC.
Carefully renovated. Ideal for discovering Grignan, Madame de Sévigné's Château and the Festival de la Correspondance.
