The living room has an open plan layout, with bay windows to take advantage of the magnificent view, and a very bright, well-equipped kitchen opening onto a semi-covered terrace. The lounge area features comfortable sofas, TV, stove... another TV lounge area with the option of closing it with a sliding door, with 2 convertible 1-seater sofa beds.
On the night side, 2 bedrooms with double beds, one with en-suite bathroom, separate toilet and shower room.
Upstairs, a hallway with a bedroom and pull-out bed. Laundry room with washing machine, 2nd fridge and freezer.
Outside, the terraces circulate, the land is in restanque enough surveyed, raised.
8m x 4m fenced swimming pool with 1.50 m waterline.
The house is equipped with air conditioning. One in the living room, one in the hallway on the garden level.
Ideal for a family vacation, and for discovering our region.

A security deposit of €1500 + a holiday extension certificate is required.
Bed linen and towels not included. But available as an optional extra:
